Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on June 14, 2022, found that Successful Aging Care Net had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced onsite state re-licensure survey conducted on April 4, 2022 and off-site on April 8, 2022.
